Canned Water Chestnut Sliced&Diced Prepared from clean, properly matured water chestnuts, these white flesh and nut-like bulbs are peeled and sliced or diced .  They are processed under sanitary conditions in accordance with good manufacturing practices.  Water chestnuts are filled in cans and sterilized .
